Sorry I'm a little late getting this freebie posted. We have been traveling between Texas and Tennessee, so I haven't been spending much time in front of the computer lately. I'll have lots of time for computing while DH is working the long hours that contract work seems to require. What else do I have to do in a motel in an unfamiliar city… Shop, that’s what else I could do! Perhaps it is better if I sit in front of the computer.

Well on to the business at hand… your freebie for this week. I have made for you a lovely textured fall background paper that will be a perfect complement to the colorful paper that I made for you a few weeks back. I hope that you have gotten that paper.

The image below is a close up of a small section of the freebie background paper. I'm sure that you will find the full sized 12"x12", 300 dpi paper that you download from Photobucket is much nicer than the image below.

Unfortunately, Photobucket is less than intuitive on how to download the full sized image so here are some instruction on how to do it.

To download the digital paper:

1. Click on the fall paper image above, it will take you to Photobucket.
2. Click on the small image of the fall paper and a larger image of the paper will come up.
3. Put your curser up in the top left corner of the paper and a menu will appear.
4. Click on Download "original size".

A Journaling Tag for You

Hi Friends,

I hope your weekend has been good for you. Nice long weekends are always good, great times to make memories with the family!

This week’s freebie is another piece of the Blue Embossed Antique Kit. I really should be giving away something more seasonal, but I have already started on this kit, so on we go...

It is a nice journaling tag that could be used for so much more than just journaling in scrapbooking.

I have displayed it on a blue background so that it would show up better. When you go to Photobucket to download it, you will find that there is only a tag and without a background. It is a PNG file with a transparent background.
