No "special" computer
program is necessary to use digital stamps.
Most computers have Microsoft Word, and it can easily be used to size and print digital images. This little tutorial will show you how!
You may want to create a special file folder called "Digital Stamps" on your computer, and download and save all of your Digital Stamps to that folder.
